Permissions Used

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO)

Used to allow voice input for creating reminders.

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

Used to alert users when reminders are triggered.

Exact Alarm (USE_EXACT_ALARM)

Used to ensure reminders trigger at the exact scheduled time.

Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED)

Used to restore reminders automatically after the device restarts.

Foreground Services

Used to ensure reminder scheduling and background processing continue reliably when the application is not actively open.

Wake Lock

Used to ensure the device wakes briefly to trigger scheduled reminders.

Vibration

Used to provide vibration alerts when a reminder notification appears.

Battery Optimization Exception

The application may request to ignore battery optimization so reminders are not delayed by system restrictions.

These permissions are used only for reminder functionality.

Background Processing

The app may use background services or scheduling mechanisms to manage reminders and reschedule them when necessary (for example after a device reboot).

These processes run only for reminder-related functionality.
